2026 թուականի ապրիլ 11-12-ին, Փարիզի մէջ կայացաւ Սփիւռքի Ազգային Զօրաշարժի Խորհրդաժողովը, որ համախմբեց Հայաստանէն, Արցախէն եւ Սփիւռքի 26 երկիրներէ ժամանած աւելի քան 150 մտաւորականներ, քաղաքական, հանրային եւ համայնքային գործիչներ։ Այս պատմական հանդիպումը նպատակ ունեցաւ արժեւորելու համահայկական ներուժը եւ քննարկելու հայ ժողովուրդին դիմագրաւած մարտահրաւէրները՝ աշխարհաքաղաքական արագ փոփոխուող պայմաններուն մէջ։

Երկու օրերու ընթացքին մասնակիցները հանգամանօրէն քննեցին Հայաստան–Սփիւռք յարաբերութիւններու ներկայ վիճակը, համազգային առաջնահերթութիւնները եւ ազգային զօրաշարժի անհրաժեշտութիւնը։ Քննարկումներու կեդրոնին էին Հայաստանի պետականութեան հզօրացումը, Արցախի հիմնահարցը, Հայ Դատի հետապնդումը, ազգային արժէքներու եւ Հայ Եկեղեցւոյ դերը, ինչպէս նաեւ Սփիւռքի կազմակերպման, վերաշխուժացման եւ երիտասարդութեան ներգրաւման հիմնահարցերը։

Խորհրդաժողովը վերահաստատեց, որ Հայաստանի, Արցախի եւ ամբողջ հայ ժողովուրդի ազգային-պետական շահերը անքակտելի են, եւ որ Սփիւռքի կենսունակութիւնն ու հզօրութիւնը անսակարկօրէն կապուած են հայրենիքի հզօրացման հետ։ Մասնակիցները ընդգծեցին նաեւ ազգային ինքնութեան պահպանման, արեւմտահայերէնի զարգացման, Հայաստան–Սփիւռք ռազմավարական գործակցութեան ամրապնդման եւ համահայկական կարողականութեան աւելի արդիւնաւէտ օգտագործման կարեւորութիւնը։

Այս կայքէջը կը ներկայացնէ խորհրդաժողովի ելոյթները, քննարկումները, յայտարարութիւնները, եզրակացութիւնները եւ այն աշխատանքները եւ նախաձեռնութիւնները, որոնք ծնունդ առին յաջորդող ամիսներուն։ Ան կոչուած է դառնալու տեղեկատուական, վերլուծական եւ համագործակցային հարթակ՝ շարունակելու այն համազգային երկխօսութիւնը, որ մեկնարկեց Փարիզի մէջ։

Հայ ժողովուրդի, ներկայի մարտահրաւէրները կը պահանջեն աւելի մեծ համախմբում, կազմակերպուածութիւն եւ պատասխանատուութիւն։ Հետեւաբար, Սփիւռքի ազգային զօրաշարժը պէտք է շարունակուի յանուն Հայրենիքի եւ հայ ժողովուրդի հզօրաման ու շահերուն:

On April 11–12, 2026, the Diaspora National Mobilization Conference took place in Paris, bringing together more than 150 intellectuals and political, public, and community figures from Armenia, Artsakh, and 26 countries of the Diaspora. This historic gathering aimed to harness pan-Armenian potential and to address the challenges facing the Armenian people amid rapidly shifting geopolitical conditions.

Over two days, participants examined in depth the current state of Armenia–Diaspora relations, pan-national priorities, and the necessity of national mobilization. At the center of the discussions were the strengthening of Armenian statehood, the Artsakh question, the pursuit of the Armenian Cause, the role of national values and the Armenian Church, as well as the organization and revitalization of the Diaspora and the engagement of its youth.

The conference reaffirmed that the national and state interests of Armenia, Artsakh, and the entire Armenian people are inseparable, and that the vitality and strength of the Diaspora are inextricably bound to the strengthening of the homeland. Participants also underscored the importance of preserving national identity, developing Western Armenian, deepening Armenia–Diaspora strategic cooperation, and making more effective use of pan-Armenian capacities.

This website presents the conference’s addresses, discussions, statements, and conclusions, together with the work and initiatives born in the months that followed. It is intended to become a platform for information, analysis, and collaboration, continuing the pan-national dialogue that began in Paris.

The challenges facing the Armenian people today demand greater unity, organization, and responsibility. The national mobilization of the Diaspora must therefore continue for the strengthening of the Homeland and the interests of the Armenian people.
